It all started with the discovery of the work of the artist Lisa Borgiani, whose use of springs, the circle, and the idea of ascendance - inspired us to explore how these concepts can be declined in different and unique ways for various businesses.

Lisa Borgiani  

Lisa Borgiani, born in 1979, is an multifaceted artist working with photography, painting, and installations. Passionate about springs, Nesquik and milk, strictly Italian cuisine, and good wine. My work has been shown in numerous galleries, museums, and international art fairs. I lived abroad for many years in Ireland and the United States and from these experiences I took from the best aspects these countries have to offer in order to bring them to my country and develop them. I collaborate with researchers, Italian and American universities, economists, and journalists and I have worked for numerous companies in Italy and abroad to express their soul and their core values by way of my works of art.



Francesca Amé  

Francesca Amé, 39 years old, Milanese, professional journalist with a degree in Modern Literary Studies, graduated cum laude. I hunt for stories and interesting themes in the realms of culture and women-owned enterprises. I tell the ‘glass half-full’ version of the world and work with the culture section of the Italian newspaper, Il Giornale, I have a art review column in Rolling Stone Italia, I write about “women who change the world” in Vanity Fair, Vogue, iodonna.it, and letteradonna.it. I deepen my visceral passion for children, motherhood, and health on the website nostrofiglio.it and Io e il mio bambino. I am the proud mother of two daughters, 6 and 9 years old. Marta Ottaviani  

Marta Ottaviani, 40 years old, Milanese, also known as Turchessa or Marta of the Orient. After a degree in Modern Literary Studies, three years of experience in art publishing and a school of journalism, she thought long and hard about leaving for faraway lands and flew to Istanbul where she stayed for 8 years. She worked as a foreign correspondent for major news sources in Italy, focusing on Turkey and the Greek debt crisis. In 2013 she returned to Italy and continues to split her time between journalism and strategy and editorial consulting. She loves the incredible, pocket-sized metropolis of Milan, autumn, looking toward new horizons, and her cat, Erdogat.
